Prism managed the LEED EB: O&M certification of Airport Executive Park Buildings 7 and 10.

Tasked with overall project management, as well as the energy, water and air quality LEED credits, Prism completed initial LEED compliance evaluations to determine applicability for the program and to estimate budgets required for achieving certification. The review revealed that existing sustainability policies and procedures needed to be updated.

The Prism team assisted with installing meters and taking the necessary measurements during the performance period. Energy and water audit investigations made the case for energy efficiency upgrades and for significant work on the direct digital controls (DDC) and HVAC systems. Through these actions and the ongoing commitment to operating the building at this high level of performance, the building has effectively reduced its environmental impact.
