401 Burrard Street Space Optimization for Environment and Climate Change Canada. In partnership with Iredale Architecture, Prism provided the design, engineering, preparation of contract documents, and field review for the mechanical and electrical systems to suit the renovations at 401 Burrard Street in Vancouver, BC.
The project included renovations to approximately 85,000 ft2 of floor area on ten floors in a commercial office building. The space needed to accommodate over 300 workstations, executive offices, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, kitchenettes and a library.
