Millstream Village is an unenclosed shopping centre located within the Greater Victoria Area, in the town of Langford, British Columbia. The complex consists of 7 separate buildings and hosts over 40 shops, services and restaurants.
Prism carried out a field review and analysis to prepare a power factor and quality report on behalf of GWL Realty Advisors.
Our team investigated the most cost-effective and safe method of installing power factor correction, prepared specifications for equipment to allow for competitive tendering of the installation and oversaw construction for this five-month long project.
The project resulted in significant cost savings to the centre.
