Prism worked with the Royal Canadian Air Force’s Sustainability Office (AFSO) between 2012 to 2014 to develop and deliver a behaviour change workshop and Sustainability Toolbox to Air Force Wings across the country.
Starting in 2012, Prism worked with AFSO to create the Sustainability Toolbox, a document and set of resources designed to help Air Force Wings Sustainability Teams put on energy conservation campaigns. To gain a better understanding what kinds of campaigns and strategies would work in an Air Force Wing environment, Prism led a series of facilitated meetings with AFSO staff and several Wing Sustainability Officers to identify key behaviours and design strategies to encourage changes at the Wings. Based on the feedback in these meetings, Prism developed the behaviour change workshop content and compiled the Sustainability Toolbox.
With this toolkit as the focus, Prism delivered behaviour change workshops for ten Wings through Natural Resource Canada’s “Dollars to $ense” energy management training.

More recently, Prism worked closely with 19 Wing Comox in Comox, BC to launch their Wing Sustainability Team. Prism helped develop a strategy to gain approval from senior leadership to create the team, facilitated the first team session and created an action plan to guide the group in the first year of the program.
