Recommissioning and retrocommissioning are processes that seek to improve how mechanical and lighting systems function together in existing buildings. We provide both  recommissioning and retrocommissioning services.

Recommissioning is the re-optimization of process for buildings that have already been either commissioned or retrocommissioned. It ensures building equipment and systems are operating optimally to meet current occupant needs.

Retrocommissioning is the commissioning process that applies to existing buildings that were not commissioned originally.

Benefits include not only energy performance improvements, but also greenhouse gas emission reductions, improvements to health and safety, reduced equipment maintenance, and occupant comfort.  Both retrocommissioning and recommissioning enhances overall building performance, producing a facility that meets the needs of its owner and occupants, and operates as efficiently as possible.
