Lyn leads Prism’s People, Culture & Operations Team, which delivers services and develops and implements policies, processes and systems related to people, office, projects, and accounting operations that contribute to Prism’s vibrant company culture. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional and a member of CPHR BC and Yukon. After practicing Human Resources in the Asia Pacific for 10 years, including in her native country of the Philippines, she moved to Canada with her family in 2018 and has since been helping Prism deepen its People and Culture framework and foundation, ensuring quality and consistency of programs that lead to positive employee experiences, engagement and high performance.
In her free time, Lyn loves experimenting in the kitchen and cooking new dishes, singing karaoke, biking and spending time with her family.
